I am pretty clueless about Kinja, and I've worked in IT. Forgive me for thinking someone didn't notice part of the interface? It's not you, it's the people I spent years dealing with.

Oh, no problem at all. I also work in IT and web development. I worked for two years at a managed service provider. I know exactly what people you mean. But I've been with Kinja since the beginning. I marvel at how often it doesn't work...
